运用文献资料法,阐述了高校残疾学生参加体育教育方式方法,体育锻炼与残疾学生身心健康之间的关系,为提高残疾学生体育教学体育教学质量,达到提高残疾学生身体素质、健康水平的目的,不断进行教学探索和改革,形成一套融医疗保健、心理保健、体育疗法为一体,以运动处方为辅相结合的教学模式。探索高校残疾学生体育教育课程的教学内容、教学方法,努力培养残疾学生的保健意识和自我保健能力。
This paper expounds the relationship between physical education and physical education of disabled students in colleges and universities by means of literature and information method. In order to improve physical education quality of disabled students and to improve the physical quality and health of disabled students, Continuously teaching exploration and reform to form a set of health care, psychological health care, sports therapy as a whole, combined with exercise prescription supplemented by the teaching mode. Exploring the teaching contents and teaching methods of physical education curriculum for disabled students in colleges and universities, and striving to cultivate their health awareness and self-care ability.
