在我国试行升学考试体育以来,普遍引起了学校教师、学生家长及考生对体育考试的重视,如何抓好考前训练和考生的营养准备等问题也是所关注的问题。我的看法是: 一、考前训练 1.一般在考前的六~八周作系统训练为宜。 2.注意考试多元化的特点。 3.考前训练是前一阶段训练的延续,量和强度安排要保持连续性,充分利用前一阶段的训练效应,挖掘训练潜力。
In China, the sports examinations for entrance examinations have generally attracted the attention of school teachers, students’ parents, and candidates to physical education exams. Problems such as how to do a good job of pre-exam training and candidates’ nutritional preparation are also issues of concern. My opinion is: First, pre-examination training 1. In general, six to eight weeks before the test for system training is appropriate. 2. Pay attention to the characteristics of diversified examinations. 3. Pre-examination training is a continuation of the previous phase of training. The quantity and intensity of the training should be kept in continuity, and the training effect of the previous phase should be fully utilized to tap the training potential.
