1 沙害的形成 据统计自1993年9月4日到1994年4月9日,兰新线山口、思甜地区共发生过12次大的沙害,其中9月份2次,10月份2次,11月份5次、1、3、4月份各一次。沙害频繁,218天中有22天(占10.1%)发生掩埋线路,设备停用或限制使用,道岔转不动,股道不能接车。正常行驶的列车被堵在区间或被扣在邻站,紧急抢修后又不能会让列车,严重影响通过能力,危及行车安全。
