随着我国高职高专教育地不断发展、高职高专教育改革地不断推进,“2+1”的教育模式普遍被接受和认可。笔者对于最后一年顶岗实习工作应该如何开展、实习过程中的问题如何解决等问题进行了一定的探讨和分析。
