目的通过分析某汽车试验场试验过程中存在的职业病危害因素和危害程度,探讨相应的工程控制措施和职业卫生管理措施。方法采用职业卫生学现场调查法、检查表分析法等对职业病危害因素进行识别、分析和评价。结果作业场所中存在的职业病危害因素有苯系物、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、溶剂汽油、工频电场、噪声,各一线员工接触职业病危害因素40 h时间加权平均浓度和噪声等效声级均符合现行职业卫生标准。结论公司所采取的尾气集中吸收排放系统、岗位送风系统、隔声值班室、调整员工巡检时间等控制技术和防护措施,可有效从源头上降低职业病危害程度,保护劳动者的身体健康。
OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of occupational hazards and hazards in the test of a certain automobile test ground, the corresponding engineering control measures and occupational health management measures are discussed. Methods The occupational diseases were identified, analyzed and evaluated by occupational health field investigation and checklist analysis. Results The occupational hazards in the workplace were benzene series, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, solvent gasoline, power frequency electric field and noise. The weighted average concentration and noise equivalent sound level of 40 h exposure to occupational hazards were all in line Current occupational health standards. Conclusion The control techniques and protective measures adopted by the company, such as centralized exhaust system for exhaust gas, post air supply system, sound insulation duty room, and adjustment of staff inspection time, can effectively reduce the degree of occupational hazard from the source and protect the health of laborers.
