反思性教学与教师行动研究在商务英语教师职业发展的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,对于商务英语教师的业务能力和学术水平的提高也有着积极的促进作用。如何使英语教师在教学实践中通过反思来改进自己的教学理念,提高教学水平,促进专业发展已成为教师教育领域中的一个重要课题。本文讨论了反思性教学的概念和内涵,叙述了教师行动研究的过程与作用,探讨了教学反思和行动研究对商务英语教师职业发展所起的积极作用,提出了一些商务英语教师行动研究的实施方式与策略。
Researches on reflective teaching and teacher action play an extremely important role in the career development of Business English teachers, and they also play an active role in promoting the professional ability and academic standard of business English teachers.
