采用软件ANSYS创建了带有裂纹源的7075铝合金模型,模拟了不同激光表面热处理参数下合金的残余应力场。计算结果表明,当激光扫描区域距离裂纹源2mm时,裂纹源处产生最大的压应力;当扫描区域同裂纹源距离增加时残余压应力值呈下降趋势。
The 7075 aluminum alloy model with crack source was created by software ANSYS to simulate the residual stress field of alloy under different laser surface heat treatment parameters. The calculation results show that the maximum compressive stress occurs at the crack source when the laser scanning area is 2 mm away from the crack source, and the residual compressive stress decreases when the distance between the scanning area and the crack source increases.
