2008年10月,奉贤区庄行镇档案信息中心正式挂牌成立,全面承担起镇党委、政府、镇直属部门的档案管理及辖区内居委会、行政村等基层单位档案工作的指导职责。随后全区乡镇档案信息服务中心陆续成立。档案信息服务中心成立后,各镇档案工作不断推进和突破,一改以往档案机构设置不够合理、档案资源过于单一的状态,克服了镇行政区划调整后任务重、职责多等困难,有效地解决了新形势下制约档案工作的新问题。这是奉贤区档案局针对乡镇档案工作难
In October 2008, the file information center of Zhuangxing Town in Fengxian District was formally established and fully undertakes the guidance duties of file management of the town party committees, governments and departments directly under the jurisdiction and archives work of the neighborhood committees and administrative villages within the jurisdiction. Subsequently, the township archives information service center successively set up. After the establishment of the Archives Information Service Center, the archives work in all the townships has been continuously promoted and broken through. As a result, the former archives institutions have not been set up reasonably and the archival resources are too single.
