信息边界安全及我国的对策

进入90年代以来,信息安全已成为各国十分重视的国家安全问题。本文作者在“信息安全”的基础上率先提出了“信息边界安全”的全新概念,并对信息边界最易受攻击的“主要区段”以及我国应采取的对策作了介绍。

Since the 1990s, information security has become a national security issue that places great importance on all countries. On the basis of “information security”, the author puts forward the new concept of “Information Border Security” first, and introduces the most vulnerable “main section” of information border and the countermeasures that our country should take.
