目的应用微螺钉型种植体支抗内收上颌前牙过程中,观察上颌第一磨牙位置的变化,评价种植体支抗的疗效。方法成年上颌前突患者15例,应用上颌后牙区微螺钉型种植体支抗内收前牙。通过头影测量的方法观察种植体和切牙在矢状方向上的位置改变,通过模型测量的方法观察上颌第一磨牙在三维方向上的位置变化。配对t检验比较治疗前后的差异。结果治疗前、后28枚种植体在矢状面上的位置改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。9例患者上颌切牙切端平均水平内收6·99mm,在垂直方向上位置改变的差异无统计学意义(P>0·05)。28颗上颌第一磨牙的近远中向移动、旋转和倾斜移动,差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0·05)。结论初步临床观察结果表明,微螺钉型种植体支抗可以实现理想的支抗控制效果。
Objective To observe the changes of the location of the maxillary first molars with the application of micro-screw-type implants in the process of adducing the maxillary anterior teeth, and evaluate the curative effect of implant support. Methods Fifteen patients with adult maxillary protrusion were treated with maxillary posterior teeth region micro-screw type implant support adduction anterior teeth. The position of the implant and the incisor in the sagittal direction was observed by cephalometric method. The position of the maxillary first molar in the three-dimensional direction was observed by the model measurement method. Paired t test to compare the difference between before and after treatment. Results Before and after treatment, the position of 28 implants on the sagittal plane had no significant difference (P> 0.05). In 9 cases, the mean incisor incisors of the maxillary incisors received an average of 6.99 mm, and there was no significant difference in the vertical position (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in the movement of maxillary first molars in mid-distance, rotation and tilt (P> 0.05). Conclusions The preliminary clinical results show that the micro-screw-type implant support can achieve the desired effect of support control.
