培养高素质、创新型人才是实现创新型国家、建立社会主义小康社会的根本大计。本文分析了地质工程专业本科生源质量、科学兴趣、培养质量、培养模式等问题,提出在“以人为本”素质教育前提下,不断完善地质工程专业本科培养方案。最终,在保证我国地质工程人才市场的前提下,逐步拓展学生的就业领域,提升学生适应社会需求的后劲,真正做到满足学生、家长和社会三方面的需求。
To cultivate high-quality and innovative talents is the fundamental plan for realizing an innovative country and building a well-to-do society of socialism. This article analyzes the undergraduates’ geology engineering specialty such as the quality of source, the interest in science, the quality of training, the mode of training and so on. It puts forward that under the precondition of “people oriented” quality education, the undergraduates of geology engineering should constantly improve. In the end, under the premise of ensuring the geotechnical engineering talent market in China, we will gradually expand the employment areas of students and enhance their stamina to meet the needs of society. We will truly meet the needs of students, parents and the community.
