以大鼠为实验动物,通过结扎并摘除颈深浅淋巴结,造成脑淋巴引流阻滞模型。观察了脑皮层的微区血流量在阻塞前、阻塞后1天、5天和7天的动态变化。发现阻塞后1天、5天和7天大脑皮层血流量显著降低(P<0.0l),说明脑淋巴引流阻塞与脑组织供血有关,为进一步研究脑淋巴障碍病理过程,提供一项重要指标。
Rats as experimental animals, ligation and removal of deep cervical lymph nodes, resulting in cerebral lymphatic drainage block model. The dynamic changes of cerebral cortical blood flow before and 1, 5 and 7 days after occlusion were observed. It was found that cerebral cortex blood flow decreased significantly (P <0.01) on the 1st day, 5th day and 7th day after the occlusion, indicating that cerebral lymphatic drainage obstruction is related to blood supply to brain tissue. To further study the pathological process of brain lymphatic disorders, provide an important index .
