患者男性,20岁。1982年初发现右手拇指和小指麻木,不久全手麻木无力。半年后右手及右前臂远端肌肉明显萎缩,伸展手指时不规则颤动。1年后上述病情未觉加重。
Male patient, 20 years old. Early 1982 found that the right thumb and little finger numbness, and soon full numbness.
