为了研究有机溶剂对化学合成法中生成的氧化铋纳米材料结构及场发射性能的影响,反应过程中,分别添加三个不同剂量的有机溶剂,获得三种产物。利用扫描电镜对其结构进行分析,并进行场发射性能测试,结果表明,线状的氧化铋纳米材料阴极阵列,开启电场最小,为2.6 V/μm,场增强因子最大,为2160,场发射性能最佳,手状结构的氧化铋纳米材料阴极阵列场发射次之,类手状结构最差,最后对有机溶剂对不同形貌产生的原因进行了分析。
In order to study the effect of organic solvents on the structure and field emission properties of bismuth oxide nanomaterials synthesized by chemical synthesis, three different dosages of organic solvents were added during the reaction to obtain three products. The structure of the cathode bismuth oxide nanomaterials was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the field emission properties were tested. The results showed that the linear bismuth oxide nano-material cathode array has the lowest on-state electric field of 2.6 V / μm, the largest field enhancement factor of 2160, The best hand-shaped bismuth oxide nanomaterial cathode array field emission followed by the worst kind of hand-like structure, and finally the organic solvent on the morphology of the different causes were analyzed.
