用孔型重叠法计算轧辊工作直径

孔型重叠法是笔者在探讨我国贵州铝厂引进的8/13型连轧机的张力时推导运用过的。生产中的张力调整,一般都不采纳费用高的仪器测量,而是用计算求张力。计算张力的参数有轧制速度(与轧辊工作直径、轧辊转速有关)和轧件面积。当轧辊转速和轧件面积已知时,轧辊工作直径便成为重要参数,它直接影响张力值的准确性。用孔型重叠法求出的轧辊工作直径所训算出的轧制速度,比过去惯用的称为近似法所计算的更准确,因而计算的张力值也更准确。 Hole overlap method is the author in the discussion of China’s Guizhou Aluminum Plant introduced 8/13 tandem tension when used. When the roll speed and rolling area is known, the work roll diameter has become an important parameter, which directly affects the accuracy of the tension value. The rolling speed calculated using the work roll diameter obtained by the hole overlap method is more accurate than what was conventionally known as the approximation method, and the calculated tension value is more accurate.
