从近几年的情况来看,我国连锁企业的发展越来越快,连锁经营模式在中国已经渗透到各行各业,扩充速度也越来越快,在经济结构中的作用也越来越受到重视,同时,也无时不刻地影响着我们的日常生活。连锁经营的商业模式在各行各业中取得了非凡的成绩,连锁经营企业的财务管理问题受到了人们越来越多的关注。连锁经营企业财务管理的工作质量直接影响到企业的生存和发展。本文基于连锁经营企业财务管理的特点和现状,以云南A电器有限公司为例探究连锁经营企业在财务管理中存在的问题,并给出了相应的解决对策。
