随着我国社会主义建设的不断推进,同时也对人才的专业化水平提出了新的要求,因此,成人教育在新形势下也面临着新的挑战,成人的思想教育成为成人教育的主要内容。尤其是新农村建设中农村成人教育成为建设的主要内容之一。本文主要针对成人学员思想教育中非理性因素进行论述。
With the continuous advancement of socialist construction in our country and new requirements on the professionalization of talents, adult education is also facing new challenges in the new situation. The ideological education of adults has become the main content of adult education. In particular, rural adult education in the new rural construction has become one of the major contents of construction. This article mainly discusses the irrational factors in the ideological education of adult learners.
