财务年报表打印属于密集打印:在特定的几天内,要把本月、本季、本年的财务报表打印出来。各保险公司比如人保原有财务报表打印方案如图所示,在全国都采用统一的打印系统及针打方式来打印,终端通过智能串口转换器,用串口连接线与UNIX服务器进行通信。该方案不仅通信、打印速度慢;系统打印时采用终端控制命令,使系统对终端依赖性很强,不同型号终端一般不能够相互替换;另外打印噪音大。实达公司针对目前的用户使用状况,设计了两套方案。解决方案一:在不改变系统物理连接的基础上,采用实达SL3020K激光打印机对现有的打印系统以及通讯方式进行改进,以完全实现针打替代。方案分析:目前实现针打替代不外乎两种方式,一是从打印数据入手,通过一个过滤软件,把针打数据转换为激打数据。方案的优势在于不必更改激光打印机的设计、但其致命缺点在于要求在客户的电脑操作系统中安装一附加软件,它很容易导致与用户应用系统相冲突的
