以美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室(LANL)研究图书馆、加拿大科技信息研究所(CISTI)、德国马普学会数字图书馆(MPDL)三家图书馆为例,分析国外文献信息服务机构的知识服务实践,总结知识化、网络化时代知识服务的模式与机制,主要包括图书馆服务模式转型优化、机构知识资产管理、科研数据管理与服务、构建虚拟研究环境、改进学术信息交流模式和环境5个方面。
Taking the three libraries of Los Alamos Research Library, CISTI and MPDL as examples, this paper analyzes the knowledge service of foreign literature information service agencies Practice and summarize the modes and mechanisms of knowledge service in the era of knowledge-based and network-based, including the transformation and optimization of library service mode, the management of knowledge assets of institutions, the management and service of scientific research data, the establishment of virtual research environment and the improvement of academic information exchange modes and environments aspect.
