合成了新型氮功能化大环配体 :内消旋 - 5,5,7,1 2 ,1 2 ,1 4-六甲基 - 1 ,4,8,1 1 -四氮杂环十四烷 - N ,N′-二乙酸乙酯 ( TETADE) ;内消旋 - 5,5,7,1 2 ,1 2 ,1 4-六甲基 - 1 ,4,8,1 1 -四氮杂环十四烷 - N ,N′,N′′,N′′′-四乙酸乙酯 ( TETADE) ;内消旋 - 5,5,7,1 2 ,1 2 ,1 4-六甲基 - 1 ,4,8,1 1 -四氮杂环十四烷 - N ,N′-二乙酸 ( TETADA) ;内消旋 - 5,5,7,1 2 ,1 2 ,1 4-六甲基 - 1 ,4,8,1 1 -四氮杂环十四烷 - N ,N′,N′′,N′′′-四乙酸( TETATA)和内消旋 - 5,5,7,1 2 ,1 2 ,1 4-六甲基 - 1 ,4,8,1 1 -四氮杂环十四烷 - N,N′-二异羟肟酸( TETADHA)。均通过元素分析、IR,1H NMR和 MS表征
A series of novel nitrogen functionalized macrocyclic ligands were synthesized: meso - 5,5,7,1,2, 1,2,4 - hexamethyl - 1, 4,8,1 1 - tetraazacyclotetradecane - N, N’-diacetate (TETADE); meso-5,5,7,1,2,1,2,1,4-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclo Tetradecyl-N, N ’, N “, N” -tetraacetic acid ethyl ester (TETADE); meso- 5,5,7,1,2,1,2,4-hexamethyl-1 , 4,8,1 1 -tetraazacyclotetradecane-N, N’-diacetic acid (TETADA); meso-5,5,7,1 2,1,2,4-hexamethyl- Tetraazacyclotetradecane - N, N ’, N ", N’ ’- Tetracetic acid (TETATA) and meso-5,5,7,1 2, 1 2, 1 4-Hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane-N, N’-dihydroxamic acid (TETADHA).
