关于“八五”期间劳动管理人员培训工作的思路,主要是: (一)要把劳动管理人员的政治素质放在首位。要按照中央的要求,加强马列主义、毛泽东思想的学习,特别是认真学习马克思主义哲学,用科学的世界观和方法论来认识世界、指导工作。 (二)提高管理人员的业务素质和管理能力。要把岗位培训作为干部教育的重点来抓。搞岗位培训不仅是推行一种新的办学模式,而重要的是首先要把它作为一种指导思想和办学方向米引导成人教育的改革与发展。要按照岗位专业知识规范的要求开展岗位专业知识培训。“八五”期间,政府部门劳动管理干部要力争轮训一遍,企业劳动管理人员要力争有三分之一接受岗位专业知识培训。
