哈尔滨电机工程师进修大学,是我市对工程技术人员进行继续教育的主要基地。它为广大专业技术人员学习新知识、新技术、新理论,进行知识更新和补缺,提供了方便。有效地提高了工程技术人员队伍素质,促进了经济发展和科技进步,为我市的改革、开放和经济起飞做出了积极贡献,受到各方面的欢迎和鼓励。并多次被省科干局、市科委评为继续教育先进集体。回顾到目前为止,我们共开设了:机电一体化、现代机械设计、管理工程等五个专业、76门专业技术课程。主要依靠刊授自学,在每次考试前或平时组织必要的有效的面授辅导。据调查,初步满足了机电工业发展的需要。建校以来,已培训学员3307人,其中35岁以下占22%;35—60岁占77.8%;助理工程师以上占48.5%。五年来我们共组织17次272门课程的全国统考。
Harbin Electrical Engineers College, is the city of engineering and technical personnel to continue the main base for education. It provides the convenience for the majority of professional and technical personnel to learn new knowledge, new technologies and new theories, update and fill in knowledge. It has effectively improved the quality of engineering and technical personnel, promoted economic development and scientific and technological progress, and made positive contributions to the city’s reform, opening up and economic take-off and was welcomed and encouraged by all parties. And many times by the Provincial Bureau of Science and Technology, Science and Technology Commission as continuing education advanced collectives. Recalling so far, we have opened a total: Mechatronics, modern mechanical design, management engineering five professional, 76 professional and technical courses. Mainly rely on self-taught, prior to or during each exam to organize the necessary effective face-to-face counseling. According to the survey, initially meet the needs of the development of mechanical and electrical industry. Since its establishment, it has trained 3,307 trainees, of whom 22% are under 35, 77.8% are aged 35-60, and 48.5% are associate engineers. In the past five years, we have organized 17 national exams for 272 courses.
