目的 探讨比较PEB与PVB两组方案治疗恶性睾丸生殖肿瘤的疗效和毒副作用。方法 用PEB方案与PVB方案治疗恶性睾丸生殖肿瘤共 3 0例。结果 PEB组有效率 93 3 % ,PVB组有效率 86 7% ,PEB和PVB方案患者 5年生存率分别为 80 %和 66 7% ,P均大于 0 0 5 ,两组无显著差异。毒性反应显示PEB方案骨髓抑制及脱发较PVB方案重 ,末梢神经毒性较PVB方案为轻。结论 PEB方案不失为治疗恶性睾丸生殖肿瘤的较好方案之一。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and toxicity of two programs of PEB and PVB in the treatment of malignant testicular germ tumors. Methods The treatment of malignant testicular germinoma with PEB and PVB regimens was performed in 30 cases. Results The effective rate was 93.3% in PEB group and 86.7% in PVB group. The 5-year survival rates of PEB and PVB patients were 80% and 667%, respectively, P> 0.05. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Toxicities showed that myelosuppression and alopecia of PEB regimen were more severe than PVB regimen and peripheral neurotoxicity was lighter than PVB regimen. Conclusions PEB regimen is one of the better options for the treatment of malignant testicular germ tumors.
