本文采用HPLC法测定头孢氨苄含量,以乙酰苯胺为内标,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-乙氰-0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(2:8:90),按内标法计算头孢氨苄含量。方法简便,重现性好,灵敏度高,专属性强。头孢氨苄在0.26～10ug范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),RSD=0.57％。
In this paper, the content of cephalexin was determined by HPLC. Acetanilide was used as the internal standard. The column was Hypersil ODS column. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.01mol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (2: 8: 90) Standard calculation of cephalexin content. The method is simple, reproducible, sensitive and specific. Cefalexin had good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.26 ~ 10ug with RSD = 0.57%.
