以商品住宅开发为主体的房地产业是我国经济的支柱产业,对国民经济的发展起到了重要的作用。但是由于房地产业的投资十分的巨大,各地商品住宅销售价格的涨幅正处于回落的状态,导致开发企业的利润空间受到严重的压缩。所以,加强工程造价管理,减少商品住宅建设成本,是商品住宅开发企业存活并且发展的必由之路。本文将介绍工程量清单计价模式下,在商品住宅开发工程施工中的各个流程工程造价控制的意是与存在的问题,提出一些合理的应对措施,希望能为房地开发公司在工程造价方面做出一定的指导。
