《广告法》正式实施以后,依法整顿广告经营秩序,强化广告市场的监督管理已成为各地工商行政管理机关刻不容缓的一项紧迫任务。目前,各地工商行政管理机关正结合本地区的实际情况,积极探索广告监管的新路子、新方法,以使我国的广告监督管理工作逐步走向制度化、规范化。广州、河北、厦门三地的做法就为各地带了一个好头,值得各地学习、借鉴。
