本交给出一种遗传算法，可用于实现对机动目标状态群的实时估计，进而给出对机动目标拦截的全局性最优问题向拦截的区域性最优问题的转化方法。

This paper presents a genetic algorithm that can be used to realize the real-time estimation of the maneuvering target state group, and then gives the transformation method of the regional optimal problem intercepted by the global optimal problem intercepted by maneuvering targets.
