在跨文化课堂中,师生沟通主要借助两种信息通道:言语沟通和非言语沟通。本文旨在分析中西方师生在言语沟通上存在的差异和障碍,以及跨文化教师怎样采用有效的言语沟通策略来提高课堂沟通的效果,目的是构建一个和谐的师生跨文化教学氛围。
In cross-cultural classrooms, teachers and students communicate mainly through two kinds of information channels: verbal communication and non-verbal communication. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the differences and barriers between Chinese and western teachers and students in communication and how to use effective communication strategies to improve the effectiveness of classroom communication. The purpose is to build a harmonious atmosphere of intercultural communication between teachers and students.
