本年九月六日至十三日,以波兰政府与该国气象局长J.Lugeon博士之柬邀,举行国际气象会议於波京华沙,由荷兰气象局长E.vanEverdingen教授主席,此项开会消息,已载本刊第十一卷第四期,惟内容如何,未经披露,兹特录其决议要项如下: 大会以鉴於航空气象上每临时发生重要问题,有不及交大会讨论即须确定办法者,特添设一委员会,专司气象组织之维持发展诸事宜。此外会中大部工作,皆由各专门委员会分别担任,各委员会先期於华沙但泽两地分别研究,拟具报告,及正式会议席上,不过将各种报告再加讨论,以定去取,或加修改而已。计议案中之最可注意者,
From September 6 to September 13 this year, the International Meteorological Conference was held in Warsaw, Bosnia and Herzegovina with the invitation of Dr. L. Lugeon, Director of the Polish Government and the Bureau of Meteorology, and was chaired by Prof. E. van Everdingen, Director of Meteorology of the Netherlands. The meeting message , Contained in Volume 11, Issue 4 of the Journal, but the contents of which, without prior disclosure, hereby dictate the following elements of its resolution: In view of the fact that every major aviation aeronautical meteorological problem occurs on an interim basis, Determine the way, special set up a committee, specializing in WMO to maintain development issues.
