目的建立同时测定治咳川贝枇杷滴丸中6种有效成分(鸟苷、贝母素乙、桔梗皂苷D、桔梗皂苷D3、齐墩果酸和熊果酸)含量的超高压液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)的检测方法。方法采用Waters Acquity BEHC18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),流动相为乙腈-甲酸-水体系梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 mL·min-1,PDA检测190~400 nm扫描;进样量:2.0μL。结果 6种成分在一定范围内均呈现良好线性,r均大于0.999 6;精密度、重复性和稳定性良好;加样回收率在99%~101%之间。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、快速、重复性好,可用于治咳川贝枇杷滴丸中鸟苷、贝母素乙、桔梗皂苷D、桔梗皂苷D3、齐墩果酸和熊果酸6个有效成分的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of six active ingredients (guanosine, peugenin B, platycodin D, platycodin D3, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid) in Zhikechuanbei Loquat Dropping Pill by ultra high pressure liquid chromatography Detection of quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS). Methods Waters Acquity BEHC18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.7 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-formic acid-water system. The flow rate was 0.4 mL · min-1 and the PDA was detected at 190 ~ 400 nm. Amount: 2.0 μL. Results The results showed that all the six components exhibited good linearity over a certain range, with r values greater than 0.999 6. The precision, reproducibility and stability were good. The recoveries ranged from 99% to 101%. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible. It can be used for the treatment of guanchuanbei loquat dripping pills guanosine, peugenin B, platycodin D, platycodin D3, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid 6 A determination of the content of active ingredients.
