中国向有“学诗如学仙”，“学诗浑如学参禅”之说，禅与诗的联系十分紧密。但既往的论者只一般地论及禅与诗联系紧密而未深一层地论及为何紧密？本文试图穷根究底，从生命主体的心理生活中去寻找根源，更本质地去探讨禅与诗的联系与区别，并从“禅与诗都是生命内在的运作”、“禅与诗都需要心理生活的自由”、“禅与诗都需要灵感顿悟”、“禅与诗同根不同实”等四个方面展开论述。
China has a saying of “learning poetry such as learning fairy tale” and “learning poetry as muddy as learning meditation”. The connection between meditation and poetry is very close. However, the past commentators only talked about the relationship between Zen and poetry closely, but why and why? This paper attempts to find out the root causes from the psychological life of the subject of life, and probes into the connection and difference between Zen and poetry in essence. From “Zen and poetry are inner operations of life”, “ Psychological freedom of life ”,“ Zen and poetry need inspiration Epiphany ”,“ Zen and poetry are different from the real ”and other four aspects of discussion.
