目的掌握本院细菌耐药菌的状况,为目标性监测管理多重耐药菌提供依据。方法分析2012-01-01~2015-12-31本院临床检出病原菌的种类、数量、标本来源、多重耐药菌的占比及0~14 a儿童多重耐药菌的占比情况,以SPSS16.0软件进行数据分析。结果 2012~2015年度本院共检出多重耐药菌4 889株,其中0~14 a的儿童检出多重耐药菌3767株,占77.05%;多重耐药菌排序为前3位的是:1大肠埃希菌ESBLS 1 198株(24.50%);2金黄色葡萄球菌MRSA 646株(13.21%);3肺炎克雷伯菌ESBLS 427株(8.73%)。大肠埃希菌ESBLS检出率2012年为25.59%,2013年为28.03%,2014年为30.86%,2015年为30.31%。结论 2012~2015年大肠埃希菌ESBLS的检出率呈上升趋势;0~14 a儿童大肠埃希菌ESBLS感染的病例应引起高度重视,规范抗菌药物管理,预防耐药菌的产生;科学管理多重耐药菌感染的患者,预防医院感染的发生。
Objective To understand the status of bacterial-resistant bacteria in our hospital and provide the basis for targeted monitoring and management of multi-resistant bacteria. Method analysis 2012-01-01 ~ 2015-12-31 The type, number, source of samples, the proportion of multi-drug resistant bacteria and the proportion of multi-drug resistant bacteria in children aged 0 ~ 14 years SPSS16.0 software for data analysis. Results A total of 4,889 multidrug-resistant bacteria were detected in our hospital from 2012 to 2015. Among them, 3767 multi-drug resistant bacteria were detected in children aged 0-14 years, accounting for 77.05%. The top three multi-drug resistant bacteria were: 1 Escherichia coli ESBLS 1 198 strains (24.50%); 2 Staphylococcus aureus MRSA 646 strains (13.21%); 3 Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBLS 427 strains (8.73%). The detection rate of Escherichia coli ESBLS was 25.59% in 2012, 28.03% in 2013, 30.86% in 2014 and 30.31% in 2015. Conclusions The detection rate of Escherichia coli ESBLS from 2012 to 2015 is on the rise. The cases of ESBLS from 0-14 years old children should be given high priority to standardize the management of antibiotics and prevent the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.
