目的研究注射用舒血宁对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法观察注射用舒血宁对异丙肾上腺素和垂体后叶素致大鼠心肌缺血、冠状动脉结扎引起的家犬心肌缺血等动物心肌缺血模型的作用和对离体大鼠心脏灌流量的影响。结果注射用舒血宁能明显抑制异丙肾上腺素和垂体后叶素诱导的大鼠心肌缺血,使冠脉结扎引起的家犬心肌缺血范围明显减少,心外膜电位显示缺血程度降低,增加离体大鼠心脏冠脉流量。结论注射用舒血宁能明显扩张血管、增加冠状动脉流量,抑制冠状动脉结扎引起的心肌缺血范围和缺血程度。
Objective To study the protective effect of Shuxuening injection on myocardial ischemia. Methods To observe the effect of Shuxuening injection on ischemic myocardium induced by isoprenaline and pituitrin-induced myocardium ischemia induced by ischemic and coronary artery ligation in rats and the effect of myocardial perfusion on isolated rat heart influences. RESULTS: Shuxuening injection could significantly inhibit isoproterenol and pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia in rats. The range of myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation was significantly reduced, and the epicardial potential showed decreased ischemia. Increased coronary flow in isolated rat hearts. Conclusion Shuxuening injection can significantly dilate blood vessels, increase coronary flow, and inhibit myocardial ischemia scope and ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation.
