6月2日获悉,继 5月中并购了中国第一网络游戏站点“联众”之后,中公网信息技术与服务公司又推出了完全基于 Internet 的免费证券信息服务站点——中公网证券信息港,目标就是要做国内最大的证券信息网站。公司作为政府上网工程4大支撑服务和7大特约服务商之一,先后承建了包括国务院办公厅在内的多家部委和包括春兰、五粮液在内的200余家大型企业的主页制作,并成为微软公司维纳斯计划的指定信息服务商。据悉,公司拟于近期增资扩股,其注册资本由3000万元增至1亿元。中公网网址:http://www.cis.com.cn。责任编辑张群翊
