目的 :制定合理的药品卫生标准。方法 :对 6 0批样品进行大肠杆菌和大肠菌群检出率进行考查。结果 :大肠菌群的检出率为 31.7% ,大肠杆菌的检出率为 15 .0 % ,二者差异有显著性。结论 :大肠菌群作为口服药品控制菌将使药品有更高的安全性。
Purpose: To develop a reasonable standard of drug hygiene. Methods: Sixty batches of samples were tested for E. coli and coliform bacteria. Results: The detection rate of coliforms was 31.7% and the detection rate of E. coli was 15.0%. There was a significant difference between the two. Conclusion: The coliform bacteria, as the oral medicine control bacterium, will make the drugs have higher safety.
