济南市自1996年开始应用管道输送液化气到千家万户。液化石油气经过气化器气化后进入混气机。混气机将液化气与空气混合并调节成体积各为50%的混合气,然后通过输送管道并经调压后进入居民区。本文就压力管道的安装检验内容作了初步探讨。目前液化石油气混合气的输送管道的安装已近30多公里。2个混气制气厂分别位于济南市南郊和北郊,主输送气管道为中φ325×12的螺旋焊接管道及中φ108×9mm的螺旋焊管。管道的安装监督检验,内容主要包括:材料的进货复验、设计资料的审查、现场施工检验、无损检测、管线的吹扫、耐压试验、气密性试验。
