今年5月上旬,国家统计局局长张塞赴深圳参加全国统计系统人事工作会议之后,在广东省惠州、珠海等7个城市就经济建设和统计工作进行调查研究,并发表了许多意见。在谈到统计改革时,张塞同志指出:深圳、广东开放起步早,发展快。由于经济形势不断发展变化,给统计工作提出了许多新的要求,所以统计部门必须从体制、制度方法、法制、工作手段等方面加速改革。
In early May this year, Zhang Sai, director of the National Bureau of Statistics, went to Shenzhen to attend the national statistical system personnel work conference and conducted research on economic construction and statistics in seven cities such as Huizhou and Zhuhai in Guangdong Province. He also expressed many opinions. When it comes to statistics reform, Comrade Zhang Se pointed out: Shenzhen and Guangdong have started up early and have enjoyed rapid development. As the economic situation continues to evolve and change, many new demands have been put on statistical work. Therefore, statistical departments must speed up the reform in terms of system, system and method, legal system and working methods.
