本文研究了室温形变及随后的中间回火对45钢加热转变动力学,转变开始温度(Ac_1以及淬火后的显微组织和机械性能的影响。结果表明,室温形变的影响与形变量和中间回火温度有关。形变量较小(33和50%)时,室温形变对奥氏体转变开始阶段稍有促进作用;在大的形变量下,室湿形变对奥氏体形成反而有阻碍作用。在所研究的条件下,室湿形变对加热转变开始温度(Ac_1没有什么影响,但能显著提高淬火及低温(200℃)回火后的机械性能。当形变量为50%,中间回火为500℃×1.5小时时,可使强度提高17公斤/毫米~2,即约10%,并且不降低塑性和韧性。
In this paper, the effects of room temperature deformation and subsequent intermediate tempering on heating transformation kinetics, transformation start temperature (Ac_1) and quenching microstructure and mechanical properties of 45 steel were investigated. The results show that the influence of deformation at room temperature, When the amount of deformation is small (33 and 50%), room temperature deformation has a slight promotion effect on the initial stage of austenite transformation. Under large amount of deformation, room wet deformation has an adverse effect on the formation of austenite. Under the conditions studied, the room wet deformation has no effect on the onset temperature of Ac transformation (Ac_1), but can significantly improve the mechanical properties after quenching and tempering at low temperature (200 ℃) .When the deformation is 50%, the intermediate tempering 500 ℃ × 1.5 hours, the strength can be increased 17 kg / mm ~ 2, or about 10%, and does not reduce the ductility and toughness.
