血管内皮生长因子（ vascular endothelial growth factor ，VEGF）作为一种著名的细胞有丝分裂原，已引起越来越多研究学者的关注。先前大量的研究已经发现，在脑缺血过程中，VEGF可能参与多条信号通路的激活以及促进血管新生，从而增加局部的脑血流量。然而，最近的研究发现，VEGF在血管性认知功能障碍中发挥重要的保护作用，现对VEGF及其受体VEGFR的结构特征、信号通路及其在血管性认知功能障碍中的作用作一综述。“,”Vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) as a well known cell mitosis , has attracted more and more at-tention of researchers .It is well known that VEGF plays an important role in vascular cognitive impairment .The aim of this paper is to review the structural characteristics , signaling pathways and the role of VEGF and its receptor VEGFR in vascular dementia .
