老年糖尿病群体，具有明显的异质性和复杂的身体条件、健康状态，如多种合并症或老年综合征、降糖药物选择和治疗的复杂性，营养的问题及最终的决策都存在很大的不同，加大了综合管理的难度。在临床过程中，需要进行制定个性化、有针对性的治疗措施，才能使这部分特殊人群获益，改善生存质量。现对老年糖尿病患者个体化治疗的进展做一综述。“,”Diabetes in the elderly population , has obvious heterogeneity and complex physical conditions , health sta-tus, such as the complexity of a variety of complications or syndrome in the elderly , hypoglycemic drug selection and treat-ment, nutritional problems and final decisions are very different , more comprehensive management difficulty .In the clinical process, it is necessary to develop personalized , targeted treatment measures , in order to make this part of the special popula-tion benefit , improve the quality of life .This article reviews the progress of individualized treatment for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus .
