奉中南军政委员会一九五二年十二月二日(52)会厅监字第六二三六号通报示:“关于河南省南阳专区方城县土山乡马庄村在土地改革与覆查中侵犯清真寺土地房屋问题一案,业经河南省人民政府调查处理。我们认为该省对这一问题的处理是正确的,同意共处理办法。我们认为只有正确地掌握了土地改革政策的精神,在这些问题上给少数民族以必要的适当的照顾,才能从政治上、经济上达到团结少数民族。兹特将河南省人民政府原报告通报各省市、作为各省市在处理同类问题时的参政,并希结合检查各该省(市)在土改与覆查中侵犯少数民族利益的现象,予以纠正”。希各专、县、市人民政府切实遵照执行为要。
