摆动辗压工艺是一种新的锻压工艺,它主要用来成形盘类另件,其所需变形力较一般锻压工艺大为减少,且无震动和噪音。 目前,国内外对摆辗工艺的理论研究还处于开始阶段。本文以锥形摆头摆辗园柱体坯料为例,揭示了摆动辗压工艺的变形实质;提出了计算最合适压下量的方法和数值范围;导出了计算接触面积率λ的简单而实用的计算公式:λ=0.32(△H/Rtgθ)~(1/2)(式中:△H—每转压下量;R—坯料半径;θ—摆头倾角)。
Swing rolling process is a new forging process, which is mainly used to form the other parts of the plate, the deformation force required for the general forging process greatly reduced, and no vibration and noise. At present, the theoretical research on the swinging process at home and abroad is still in its infancy. In this paper, taking the cone-shaped swinging cylinder head as an example, the deformation essence of the swinging rolling process is revealed. The method and the numerical range for calculating the most suitable reduction amount are put forward. The simple and practical method of calculating the contact area ratio λ is derived.
