战争是人类的灾难,但它也经常刺激着技术的革新,对于IT来说同样如此。第一台计算机就是在第二次世界大战期间的研究成果,而Internet的雏形也源于冷战期间美国为了预防核战争的爆发而构筑的防御网络系统。
War is a human disaster, but it also often stimulates technological innovation, the same for IT. The first computer was the result of the research conducted during the Second World War. The embryonic form of the Internet was also rooted in the network of defense networks that the United States built to prevent the outbreak of a nuclear war during the Cold War.
