党的十一届三中全会以前,我国对乡村医生的劳动报酬基本上采取记工分的形式。三中全会以后,则采取货币工资的形式,具体如何分配?笔者认为,可采取以按劳分配为主体的多种分配形式。
Before the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, our country basically took the form of labor scores for the remuneration of rural doctors. After the Third Plenary Session, we took the form of monetary wages. How do we allocate them? The author believes that various forms of distribution based on distribution according to work can be adopted.
