用含Adine饲料产生肾功能衰竭状态的大鼠模型，通过大黄、丹参、黄芪、桂枝组成的益气活血化瘀方对肾功能的改善作用研究，对用药剂量与药效关系进行了探讨。结果表明，给药量过低、过高时，对肾功能的改善作用均不明显。
The rat model of renal failure caused by Adine diet and the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Recipe composed of rhubarb, salvia miltiorrhiza, astragalus and cassia twig on the improvement of renal function were studied. The relationship between the dose and efficacy was investigated. The results showed that when the dose was too low or too high, the improvement of renal function was not significant.
