目的 :探讨大豆皂甙对免疫抑制剂所致免疫损伤的保护作用。方法 :利用已知具有免疫毒性的物质环磷酰胺制造小鼠免疫损伤模型 ,同时给予不同剂量的大豆皂甙 ,从免疫器官、细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫等方面观察了大豆皂甙对环磷酰胺所致小鼠免疫失衡的保护作用。结果 :在 2 0mg kg剂量条件下 ,环磷酰胺对受试小鼠具有明显的免疫抑制作用 ,它不仅可以引起受试小鼠免疫器官发生功能改变或萎缩 ,而且还使受试小鼠的体液免疫和细胞免疫受到抑制。但在给予环磷酰胺的同时投予大豆皂甙 ,在 10mg kg ,2 0mg kg和 30mg kg剂量范围下 ,大豆皂甙可以不同程度地拮抗环磷酰胺所致小鼠的免疫损伤 ,对接触环磷酰胺小鼠的免疫器官及体液免疫和细胞功能均具有保护作用。结论 :大豆皂甙具有免疫保护作用
