目的:研究分析治疗牙隐裂的方法:以及治疗效果。结果:132颗隐裂牙经调合、充填、带环固定、根管治疗、全冠修复等一套综合疗法治疗,并经1~3年临床追踪观察,成功121颗,成功率达91.67%。失败11例,占8.33%。结论:使用综合疗法来治疗牙隐裂,能够让患者的牙齿恢复咬合力,是效果比较理想的治疗方法。
Objective: To study and analyze the method of treating tooth occlusion: as well as the therapeutic effect. Results: A total of 132 complex fractures were reconstructed by filling, ring fixation, root canal treatment and crown restoration. 121 cases were successfully tracked after 1 to 3 years of follow-up, with a success rate of 91.67% . 11 cases failed, accounting for 8.33%. Conclusion: The use of integrated therapy for the treatment of occlusion of the tooth allows the patient’s teeth to recover their occlusal force, which is an ideal treatment.
