随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,医院档案管理工作也增加了它的内涵性与广泛性。医院档案记载着这个医院发展史上的优秀成果,对研究本医院的经营业绩和科学发展提供了第一手资料,是进行科学分析,扬长避短,制定发展方向的好教材。因此,加强对这一信息的管理有着极其重要的意义。准确把握新时期医院发展的特点,加强医院档案管理工作,是医院档案实现现代化管理的根本任务。下面,就对医院档案管理工作谈一下本人的粗浅看法。
With the continuous deepening of the medical and health system reform in our country, the hospital archives management also increases its connotation and universality. The hospital archives record the outstanding achievements in the history of the hospital and provide first-hand information on the operation performance and scientific development of the hospital.
