本文报道了95例人体子宫内膜胞浆及胞核雌激素受体(ER_c,ER_n)的含量测定。经临床和组织学鉴定,82例属正常内膜(包括11例带IUD 者),13例内膜有异常。正常内膜分为增殖早、中、晚和分泌早、中、晚6期。结果表明ER_c 和ER_n 水平都显示出中期高的趋势,尤以ER_n 在增殖中、晚期的水平显著高于其它各期,并有统计学意义。带IUD内膜的ER_c 高于无IUD 组;而ER_n 则低于无IUD 组。异常内膜组的组织学图象表明,受体的含量受内外源激素的影响。以上结果与文献报道的论断相一致。
In this paper, 95 cases of human endometrial cytoplasm and nuclear estrogen receptor (ER_c, ER_n) content determination. Clinical and histological identification, 82 cases of normal endometrium (including 11 cases with IUD), 13 cases of endometrial abnormalities. Normal endometrial proliferation is divided into early, middle and late and secretion of early, middle and late 6. The results showed that the ER_c and ER_n levels showed a high medium-term trend, especially in the proliferation of ER_n in the late stage was significantly higher than the other stages, and with statistical significance. ER_c with IUD intima was higher than without IUD; while ER_n was lower than without IUD. Histological images of the abnormal endometrium showed that the content of the receptor was influenced by the exogenous hormones. The above results are in line with the conclusions of the literature.
