地处陕鄂交界的平利县,是李先念等老一辈无产阶级革命家战斗生活过的地方。早在革命战争年代形成的党管武装优良传统激励了一代又一代为国防事业献身的人们。如今,党管武装“接力棒”又传到该县县委书记、武委会第一主任卢杰火的手里。他继承和发扬革命传统,为国防后备力量建设倾心尽力,赢得了社会各界的广泛赞誉。今年“八一”前夕,被兰州军区表彰为“西北五省(区)‘十好’武委会主任”。
Pingli County, located at the junction of Shaanxi and Hubei, is where Li Xiannian and other proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation fought and lived. The fine tradition of the party’s armed forces that was formed as early as in the revolutionary war has inspired generations after generations of people who sacrificed their lives to the cause of national defense. Today, the party’s armed “relay baton” has spread to the hands of Lu Jie Huo, secretary of the county party committee and the first director of the Narcotics Commission. He inherited and carried forward the revolutionary tradition, endeavored for the national defense reserve forces construction and won wide acclaim from all walks of life. On the eve of “August 1” this year, it was commended by the Lanzhou Military Region as “director of the Narcotics Commission of the Top 10 Five-Northwest Provinces (Regions)”.
